This lets you complete all required paperwork from the comfort of home, so you can skip the lobby forms and dive right into your aesthetic experience hassle-free.

Cancellation Policy
To modify an existing appointment, simply log into the Patient Portal. Alternatively, you can contact Direct Aesthetics directly for rescheduling assistance. Please be aware that any changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $75 fee in accordance with our Cancellation/Reschedule Policy.
